Harry Williamson - Managing Director (Co-Founder)
Growing up in the Middle East, Harry was captivated by the dynamic landscapes and unique architecture, sparking a passion for construction. With a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Harry has gained extensive experience in British Columbia, Canada, and the UK, working as a quantity surveyor, project manager, and commercial manager on complex residential and commercial projects.
Harry co-founded Sea 2 Sky to create a family-run, business focused on bringing innovation, efficiency, and quality to the construction industry. Specialising in residential and prime residential projects, Sea 2 Sky combines craftsmanship with a commitment to excellence in every detail.
At the heart of Harry’s vision is a dedication to modern methods of construction, aiming to create homes that are not only visually exciting but also efficient, sustainable, and conducive to healthy living. Passionate about pushing boundaries, Harry strives to create better, more enjoyable spaces to live in by incorporating sustainable materials, advanced techniques, and smart design.
Bella Hunt - Director of Operations (Co-Founder)
Bella brings a wealth of strategic business knowledge, shaped by an MBA and extensive hands-on experience. Her background in business management gives her a 360-degree perspective on both projects and the business, ensuring each decision strengthens Sea 2 Sky’s efficiency and quality.
With expertise in AI and data analytics, Bella takes a data-driven approach to construction, focusing on optimising timelines, improving quality, and adding measurable value at every stage. Her recent role as a Transformation Data Analyst at Gymshark, working directly with the CEO and key stakeholders, sharpened her ability to streamline operations and drive sustainable improvements.
At Sea 2 Sky, Bella’s focus is on delivering results that meet high standards of both design and structure. She provides architects and clients with a collaborative partnership based on effective, precise project management, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
